Terms of use

• Membership is free. You must be 13 or over to create an account.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you join on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the site or these terms.

• Resources marked FREE are for use by members and their organisations, for the purpose of preventing and responding to drink spiking.
• You may print and share our posters, guides and lesson materials within your organisation. You may not sell them, change them in a way that alters their meaning, or remove the PartySafe or CounterSpike branding.
• The PartySafe wolf mark and the Founding Coalition Partner badge may only be displayed by organisations that have joined the coalition and meet its standards. We may withdraw permission to use them.

Paid items such as training, signage kits, SpikeStixx tests and bevGARDien covers are sold under separate order terms, which are shown before you pay.

• Our guidance helps people recognise and respond to suspected spiking. It is not medical advice. If someone is unwell, call 999 in the UK or 911 in the US.
• A SpikeStixx result shows whether certain substances may be present. It is evidence, not proof, and it is not a defence.

Reports you submit must be honest to the best of your knowledge. Do not include the name or contact details of the person affected unless they have agreed. Reports are anonymised by default and used to build the coalition picture.

We provide the site and free resources as they are. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of the free site and resources.

We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
